Studio Space Terms and Conditions (UK)

1. Use of Premises

1.1. The studio space (the “Studio” “Red Show Makeovers”) is provided for lawful creative, artistic, and professional purposes only.

1.2. Hirers, guests, and invitees (collectively, “Users”) must comply with all instructions given by Studio staff.

2. Liability and Risk

2.1. Users enter and use the Studio and associated areas (including the car park and communal spaces) entirely at their own risk.

2.2. Neither the Studio nor its owners, employees, or agents accept liability for:

a) personal injury, illness, or death sustained by Users while on the premises, unless caused by negligence of the Studio;

b) damage to or loss of vehicles, equipment, or personal property while on site;

c) interruption, loss, or damage resulting from events beyond the Studio’s reasonable control.

3. Insurance

3.1. Users are strongly advised to carry their own insurance for personal injury, property, and third-party liability.

4. Damage and Loss

4.1. Users are responsible for any damage caused to the Studio, its fixtures, fittings, or equipment arising from their actions or negligence.

4.2. Costs for repair or replacement shall be invoiced to the responsible User and payable within 14 days.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Users must not interfere with fire safety equipment or emergency exits.

5.2. Any accidents, injuries, or near-misses must be reported immediately to Studio staff.

6. Conduct

6.1. Users must treat the Studio and all persons present with respect and refrain from disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour.

6.2. The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person at its sole discretion.

7. Booking and Payment

7.1. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit (as applicable).

7.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date are non-refundable.

8. Indemnity

8.1. Users agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Studio, its owners, and employees against all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings arising from the User’s use of the Studio, except where caused by the Studio’s negligence.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
